Science Friday is a pre-recorded radio show that airs every Friday. However, about 6 times a year Science Friday hosts live recordings with a special guest where people can join, watch, take part and ask questions live. ScienceFriday works with schools and science organizations around the nation and will invite their contacts to join the recording, which can hold up to 500 guests. The live recording gets published online after, and soundbites are used in the following week's radio show.
